I was a good girl for most of the day. Late in the evening I may have eaten an extra candy cane or two and a small slice of Mom's date nut bar. But, this is so much better that I have been behaving for several years now. Hope I will stay on the straight and skinny!
The rules, except for the afore mentioned oops, were followed by eating several small meals thougout the day. I think where I may have erred was eating a Marie Callender's frozen meal for dinner which contained miniscule protein and that is why I got so hungry later...live and learn.
